hey,

well i have just come home from my schools open day, and even though it was on saturday, it was still fun, and we had to be there at nine in the morning, and i went to help out in the home ec. room and then what we made there we walked around our school offering the food to all the wonderful guests *cough,cough*

after i had finished there and killed all the people with my food...................

yeah,,,,well......

Then i went to play in my band, i play the clarinet and i have to play loud enough for 10 clarinets,(we only have 1 other good clarinet player and 3 beginers)

So it was kinda fun, i am still sick and nearly better, and i am going to leave a recipe of one of the things i made today, it was really nice, i putting it here for those who want it and so i wont forget it.

Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

250g philidalphia cream cheese

250g tasty cheese

250g mild cheese

2 tbls of green/red capsicum

4 tbls of shallotts(spring onion)

1 clove of crushed garlic

equal amounts of praprika and curry

Method:

grate all the cheese and put in a bowl and add capsicum, garlic, and shallotts and mix well. Roll into fist sized balls. Combine the curry and praprika and the coat the balls in the spice mixture. Serve with biscuits and a pâté knife.

This recipe is a pâté kinda thing, you put little bits of the cheese ball onto biscuits and eat.
